Distilleries in Kentucky, California and New York are tapping into a new and extremely effective trend of using music to speed up and amplify the aging process of alcohol. Bathing the liquor in music, low frequencies are pulsed through the barrel to mix the alcohol’s molecules with reverberation. Various music genres yield different results.
