Will.i.am plays giant Guitar Hero on a race track using a Lexus to trigger sounds; because everyone loves fist-pumping to colourful lasers

While Holden was busy the other week wantonly battling drones against the new Astra in what can only be described as an overly-slick and brightly-illuminated synchronised dance-off, stateside Lexus took light fanfare to the next level with a life-size Guitar Hero rendition played out on a race track where precision drivers trigger the musical notes to Will.i.am’s pumping remix of his track #thatPOWER, with the car activating sound as it passes through hundreds of motion and sound-sensitive lights. “It’s basically like a giant laser harp with cars instead of fingers” said Barnaby Steel, Marshmallow Laser Feast’s creative director.
