H&M pinches music, insists it’s theirs, then recants

H&M’s spectacular fails over recent times have unfolded like a car-crash in slow motion. Apparently not content with their ‘Coolest Monkey In The Jungle’ racist gaffe, they’ve since been caught out for using Melbourne producer Harvey Sutherland’s music without permission. Initial denial of culpability then led to a meek apology.
